  1. I didn’t realize that Asian foods can help increase your health, healing, and longevity. My sister was recently told that she has high blood pressure. This type of cuisine seems like something that could help her get her health back on track.

  2. I didn’t realize that a central part of Chinese food was actually to increase health and longevity. I guess that it makes sense that most foods made by those more ancient cultures would be based on the idea of extending life as much as possible because people didn’t really live that wrong back in the day. Nowadays because of technology we can get Chinese food delivered right to our homes.
